• Admission eligibility for this course is passing of Master of Physiotherapy (M.P.T) of MUHS or other UGC recognised university.
• Admission to the course is on the basis of merit; according to the results of Common Entrance Test, PET examination conducted by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS)

• Candidate after successful completion of MPT programme and Ph.D Entrance Test (PET) of MUHS
• MUHS will display a list of selected candidate for all affiliated colleges
• Candidate will complete college application form and pay course fee after scrutiny of Documents
• Further admission procedure as per PET of MUHS

• PET Score card
• Allotment Letter / Selection List 1st Round
• Certificate of Age, Domicile & Nationality
• S.S.C. Passing certificate
• H.S.C. Passing certificate
• B.P.Th Degree Certificate
• M.P.T Degree Certificate
• Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
• Gap Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• OT / PT Council Certificate ( UG & PG)
• Aadhar Card ( Attested Photocopy )
• Caste Certificate
• Caste Validity Certificate -Mandatory
• Non Creamy layer Certificate ( If Applicable)
• NEFT receipt copy for payment to MUHS
• NOC from in Service Institute
• Marriage Cert. or Gazzette for Change of Name
• Status Retention
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• EWS Certificate ( if applicable)
• Registration form ( Annexure-C)
• 5 passport sized photographs
